So quick recap, Raine, Presea, and Sheena ARE GIRLS and Regal and Genis ARE BOYS!
This scene is from the great RPG (Role Play Game) Tales of Symphonia. It takes place during the anime version of it at part 1:09, involving another character named Zelos (who's a guy). He's not in the picture but if you watch the video, then you'll get why the title of this picture is called "Tales of Symphonia: Really Zelos?"
